Ultra-Compact Nitrogen Reflow Oven UNI-3116 | 780 mm Length, N2-Compatible Model
The UNI-3116, with its extremely compact design of just 780mm in length, enables the introduction of reflow processes even in environments where installation was previously difficult.
Furthermore, its nitrogen compatibility ensures a stable heating environment for ball formation and special applications.
As a new option for external processes in mass production lines, it is an ideal unit for development, evaluation, and small-batch applications.
