The model number (model name) of each product indicates the number of zones (heating zone and cooling zone) and the maximum transport width of the object being heated. Please refer to the diagram below for a smoother understanding of the features of each model.


There are two main transport methods for reflow ovens, drying ovens, and curing ovens: the pin chain method and the mesh belt method.
The pin chain method supports both ends of the substrate during transport, making it suitable for processes requiring stable transport and high reproducibility. On the other hand, the mesh belt method supports the entire workpiece across its surface, allowing for flexible handling of small parts, workpieces with unstable shapes, and cases where workpieces are transported on jigs.
Recently, in environments with limited space for reflow oven installation, it’s not uncommon to see the mesh belt method used to transport workpieces in multiple rows (parallel) as a way to increase production while shortening the oven length (total length of the reflow oven).
