UNI-5031 Compact Wide-Format Reflow System | High-Throughput Multi-Lane Processing for Evaluation, Screening, and Curing
UNI-5031 is a compact atmospheric reflow oven with an expanded conveyor width for wide-format processing.
Featuring a mesh conveyor, it supports multi-lane (parallel) transport to achieve high throughput even in evaluation and testing applications.
Its 5 heating zone configuration enables thermal profile reproducibility comparable to mass production lines, making it suitable for a wide range of processes—from reliability testing such as burn-in and screening to curing of underfill and adhesives, as well as drying.
Designed to overcome the limitation of insufficient throughput in evaluation environments, the UNI-5031 delivers high-capacity processing in a compact conveyor system.
