SOLSYS-6046 Atmospheric Reflow Oven (6-Zone, 460 mm) | Cost-Effective Production for Large PCBs
The SOLSYS-6046 is a wide-type, air-only, 6-zone reflow oven that accommodates a transport width of 460mm. Despite its compact design with a total length of 2,900mm, it achieves profile reproduction equivalent to that of mass production lines. It supports mass production of large and multi-sided substrates and can be applied to a wide range of heating processes, including not only reflow but also drying and long-term heating (curing). By not using N2, it keeps running costs down while being a highly practical model that can handle mass production of large workpieces, and it has been adopted both domestically and internationally.
