The RCX-1 (RCM-S) is a modular reflow checker that provides multifaceted visualization of the reflow process. Based on a 6-channel temperature measurement core unit, various measurement units such as 12-channel temperature measurement, oxygen concentration, airflow velocity, vibration, and camera can be added. It allows for the unified management of not only temperature profiles but also all factors affecting reflow quality. Dedicated software displays various data on a single screen, streamlining profile creation and condition determination. Antom also provides optimal proposals and support for combinations with equipment.
