ATM-ECC-600 Cooling Conveyor (Post-Reflow Process) | Adjustable Airflow and Customizable Design
The ATM-ECC-600 is an external cooling conveyor designed for use at the outlet of a reflow oven. It comes standard with three cooling fans, and the airflow can be adjusted via a speed controller. Optimizing the cooling speed contributes to stabilizing solder joint quality and controlling the temperature drop profile. Despite its compact 600mm length, it supports customization of the number of fans and device length. This cooling unit offers flexible optimization of cooling quality in post-reflow processes.
