UNI-6120 Compact Nitrogen Reflow Oven | Low Oxygen (≤100 ppm) & 6-Zone Configuration
The UNI-6120 compact reflow oven is a nitrogen-compatible system designed to achieve a low-oxygen environment of ≤100 ppm (proven down to ≤50 ppm).
Despite its space-saving 1,600 mm footprint, it features a 6 heating + 1 cooling zone configuration, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including prototyping, evaluation, high-mix low-volume production, and bump formation.
By optimizing the conveyor speed, the UNI-6120 enables thermal profile reproducibility equivalent to large-scale production reflow systems.
