UNI-5020 Compact Reflow Oven | Screening, Burn-in, Curing, and Evaluation Applications
UNI-5020 is a compact atmospheric reflow oven with a total length of 1.3 meters, designed for flexible installation in various environments.
Its 5 heating zone configuration enables thermal profile reproducibility comparable to mass production lines, making it ideal for reliability testing applications such as burn-in and screening.
In addition, it supports curing processes for underfill and adhesives, as well as drying of various materials.
The atmospheric-only design reduces running costs and simplifies system requirements, providing a practical thermal processing solution for evaluation, testing, and development environments.
