We exhibited at the Mounting and Assembly Process Technology Exhibition 2025 Niigata.

Antom Co., Ltd. exhibited at the Mounting and Assembly Process Technology Exhibition, held in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, for two days from Thursday, April 24th to Friday, April 25th, 2025.
The venue for this event was the “Hive Nagaoka 1F Full Hall,” and many visitors came to the event.

At the exhibition, we unveiled a new reflow oven that we have developed, with a total length of 4m and 10 zones + 2 cooling zones. This product is compact yet incorporates advanced technology, making it unique in the industry. We received many questions and comments from visitors to the exhibition, and we realize that expectations for the product are growing.

Furthermore, at this exhibition, we announced the Hotplate Reflow, which is ideal for heating workpieces with a large heat capacity.
One of the product’s features is that it not only provides uniform and stable heating performance, but also achieves high efficiency and energy savings.
This new product has been designed specifically to be optimized for processes for power devices including IGBTs, and has attracted the interest of many customers.

There was also an opportunity to discuss how hotplate reflow, as an industry-leading solution, has the potential to revolutionize new manufacturing processes.
We will take this opportunity to further innovate our technologies and work even harder to meet our customers’ needs.
