Antom Corporation
Company Profile
For over 50 years, ANTOM has been a leading manufacturer of compact heating equipment, delivering technology and trust worldwide.
What we have consistently focused on is not simply applying heat, but questioning what a truly meaningful heating process is for each customer’s manufacturing workflow.
Limitations in installation space, the need for repeatability in prototyping and evaluation, thermal damage to materials and workpieces, and concerns over quality variation.
To address these site-specific challenges, we have designed optimal methods of heat transfer tailored to each application and process.
As a result, ANTOM systems are used in environments that demand high levels of reliability and process control, including electronic components, semiconductors, automotive, medical, and material processing applications.
In recent years, we have also strengthened our equipment design and organizational framework to meet global market requirements, including semiconductor standards such as GEM communication and SEMI S2 / S8, higher cleanliness expectations, and safety and traceability concepts required in automotive and medical applications.
Guided by our philosophy, “Revolution and Innovation through Heat,” we will continue to support global manufacturing as a company that creates heating equipment designed to be truly used and trusted in the field—without being swayed by scale or trends.
President’s Message

ANTOM is a company that has been engaged with heating equipment for more than 50 years since its founding. I inherited this company from its founder, and today I feel this more strongly than ever.
ANTOM still has a great deal of potential to grow.
And it can become even more interesting.
As times change and manufacturing environments continue to evolve, what is truly required is not “size” or “quantity,” but the ability to quickly turn equipment that genuinely fits each process into reality. The compact reflow ovens and heating equipment that ANTOM has long specialized in are right at the center of this shift.
From prototyping, evaluation, and reliability testing to pre-production processes, manufacturing sites face limited space, strict quality requirements, and the need for repeatability.
We have consistently confronted these real voices from the field head-on.
When making management decisions, there is one question I continually ask myself.
“What is best for the manufacturing floor? And what is best for our customers?”
We do not cling to standard products alone, and we take customization and special solutions seriously.
We want to continue being a company chosen even in demanding fields such as semiconductors, automotive, and medical applications.
I am still an inexperienced manager in many ways, but I want ANTOM to be a company that does not fear change—one that continues to take on challenges together with its employees, using speed as a strength.
Going forward, ANTOM will evolve from a “pioneer of compact heating equipment” into an organization that creates optimal solutions for heating processes.
By placing the highest value on technology, people, and sincerity toward the manufacturing floor, we aim to be a company that continues to be needed by global manufacturing.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support of ANTOM Corporation.
CEO MUTSUMI OKAMOTO
