UV coating agent and component inspection integrated into one machine
White lighting can be used for component inspection and marker recognition, and UV lighting can be used for coating inspection.
Depending on the inspection target, inspection can be performed while switching between white lighting and UV lighting.
By irradiating UV lighting and white lighting at the same time, you can obtain images that make it easy to recognize areas and parts other than coating.

Demonstration information on post-coating inspection and drying process automation
Customers can bring in their own substrates and solvents to demonstrate post-coating drying and inspection automation using actual ELNAS-250 and V22XUV-350L machines. The installation location will be Antom Co., Ltd. (about 10 minutes by car from Shin-Yokohama Station). We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, as it may take some time depending on the crowd.
